I offer a full range of services—including prenatal support, birth doula care, postpartum visits (daytime or overnight), newborn care, meal prep, breast pump help, and healthcare advocacy. Services are available as individual visits or bundled into customized packages.
Discounts are available for military families, first responders, teachers, and nurses. If finances are a concern, please reach out—I'm happy to offer creative pricing options and accept Medicaid for eligible clients. Everyone deserves compassionate support, no matter their budget.
Prenatal & Birth
As your birth doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your pregnancy and labor. From creating a birth plan that reflects your values to helping you navigate choices with confidence, I’m here to advocate for your voice and your vision. Whether you're planning a hospital birth, home birth, VBAC, or C-section, I’ll be by your side with grounded, compassionate care every step of the way.

Postpartum
My postpartum care is designed to nurture both you and your baby during this tender transition. I offer daytime and overnight support, newborn care, light meal prep, breast pump guidance, and help with feeding, sleep routines, and emotional wellness. Whether you need rest, reassurance, or just an extra set of hands, I’m here to bring calm, confidence, and care into your home—so you can focus on healing and bonding.

Advocacy
Navigating the healthcare system can feel overwhelming—especially when you're not sure what to ask or how to advocate for yourself. As a healthcare advocate, I accompany you to doctor’s appointments to help ask the right questions, clarify medical language, explore alternatives or second opinions, and support you in building a respectful, trusting relationship with your provider. You don’t have to do it alone—I’m here to help you feel confident, heard, and empowered in every conversation about your care.
